Keeping mom safe

Hi, I am trying to raise legal fees, so my mom wont fade away in a unit she doesnt need yet. I am not going against the facility, just for my mom. Currently my sweetest mom, is in long term care. The facility has suggested she move to memory care due to her wandering, which is common with alzheimer's. Mom is able bodied for 87 and not ready for memory care. The facility has a 24/7 open door leading to a dangerous kitchen. The facility is manipulating her records negatively. I need to help correct these records so she can move to another long term and not memory care. Please help mom to be happy and safe. I appreciate any and all help.
