Help me pay for my school fees

Hey,
I am a 5th year medical student seeking for help to start my internship. I need to finish all my school bills before I write my final exam or get materials to begin internship, I have been given a short period of time to start and honestly I don’t know where to begin with.
please help me..
I have been given to raise by the 3rd of July so that I can be able to write my exams.
