The Carro Family
Donation protected
Sometimes we are forced to say goodbye to the ones we love too soon. This is certainly the case for us. Surrounded by love and family, Brian Carro died peacefully late Monday, September 25, 2023, after battling glioblastoma for 3 years and 9 months. The Carro family is heartbroken and in shock because it isn’t fair that such a great and young human being is being ripped from the world.
Brian is a man of great regard: an adoring and loving family man, a loyal friend, a dedicated teacher, a passionate coach, and so much more. We all are going to miss his wit, advice, smile, food, music and even some of his quirks. His spirit lives on through all he has reached, especially his children.
Many people have been reaching out and asking what they can do to support the Carro family, so we're activating a GoFundMe. Any contributions made here will be transferred to the kids' college funds.
Your support does not have to be monetary or immediate. The grieving journey is going to be long, and we hope that Brian's memory and legacy will be too.
Please continue to post memories and photographs to Brian’s LifeWeb site: https://bit.ly/brian-carro. We will be making a photobook for our family with these stories.
Also, please consider making a donation to a wonderful nonprofit organization that helped us (& many others) early on in this turbulent journey: Harley’s Helping Hands: https://harleyhelpinghands.org/donate
