Hi, my name is Brittney Weeks Grandmother to our beloved Madelyn Grace McConnell.

On August 3rd, 2023 this beautiful soul was taken from her family leaving behind a sadness and pain in the hearts of all who knew her but most of all her beautiful mother Chloe Weeks and father Sam McConnell. Madelyn was the most important part of her mother (Chloe’s) life and to Madelyn Chloe was her world. As we all find the courage to heal with the passing of our loved one, the focus of Chloe’s well being and caretaking is at the top of all of our minds. No mother/father should ever have to experience this.

I have created this GoFundMe on behalf of the family for what comes next; Services, counseling, living expenses, and support for Chloe and Sam. As we all come together and mourn the passing of this angel who touched the lives of all who came in contact with her I ask that you consider donating to this memorial fund or even just a share of the link.
