Help Emma's family

Emma has struggled with Juvenile Type 1 Diabetes for several years.  She has currently reached the stage where her body is not absorbing any type of insulin.  She's one of about 20-25 other known cases with this type of resistance.  She is currently in University of Iowa's Children's Hospital while endocrinologists try to find a solution for her.  Her parents are running out, or already out, of paid sick leave and could really use the help to be with their daughter.
