Fundraiser for Wife & Daughters of Hermilo Beltran

On Sunday, March 27th, 2022 my uncle became one of the countless victims of gun violence in the city of Chicago. My uncle was a hard worker who was about to start his shift at his second job at a restaurant only blocks away from Wrigley Field, where he was struck with 3 gunshot wounds to his chest and armpit area. He was transported by the Chicago Fire Department to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition where he shortly died as he succumb to his injuries. Detectives are now investigating and there are no suspects in custody as of yet. He was a husband, father, and provider for his family.

 

Now begins the challenging times for those he leaves behind; my aunt and her two daughters (the oldest, 16 years old, and the youngest, 9 years old), who for some can understand and empathize with the tragic loss of a loved one and the unforeseen financial burdens that will begin to unravel; Please help my family during this difficult time. El Domingo 27 de Marzo de 2022, mi tío se convirtió en una de las innumerables víctimas de la violencia armada en la ciudad de Chicago. Mi tío estaba a punto de comenzar su segundo trabajo en un restaurante local a unas cuadras de Wrigley Field, donde recibió 3 heridas de bala en el pecho y el área de la axila. Fue transportado por el Departamento de Bomberos de Chicago al Centro Médico Masónico de Illinois en estado crítico, donde murió poco después de sucumbir a sus heridas. Los detectives ahora están investigando y no hay sospechosos bajo custodia hasta el momento. Era esposo, padre y proveedor de su familia.

 

Ahora empiezan los tiempos difíciles para los que deja atrás; mi tía y sus dos hijas (la mayor de 16 años y la menor de 9 años), quienes para algunos pueden entender y empatizar con la trágica pérdida de un ser querido y la tensión financiera que empezara a empezar; Por favor, ayude a mi familia durante este momento difícil.
