Jacob's medical fund

My uncle Jacob Mpofu, 48 years old, was diagnosed with kidney failure about three and a half years ago. Since then his life has changed dramatically. He also had the misfortune of losing the love of his life, his beloved wife on September 15, 2013 one year after his diagnosis. All of a sudden he had to become a mother, father and friend to their two boys after the death of their mother. Jacob continues to have social and financial challenges. Although he understands that we are not here on earth to stay forever, he like most of us, wants to live longer and see his children grow up.
Jacob goes for dialysis two times a week at Mpilo hospital in Zimbabwe. His dialysis sessions are costly and he is in dire need of a kidney transplant. He hopes to raise enough money to go for a kidney transplant in India later this year. The transplant will cost $16,000. We are hoping to raise at least half of it. Please support my uncle in any way that you can. Your support will not only save his life but help him realize his dream of having more time with his boys and watching them grow up.
Please reach out directly if you have any questions, thank you for your support. May God bless you.
