Larkin Family

My brother and his family were in Wisconsin for a youth hockey tournament. Unfortunately, on November 13th, they were on their way back and the worst happened!

St. Peters Hockey Club, Coach Larkin and his family, were involved in a very serious car accident, where the car flipped while on the highway. My brother, Coach Eric, had to be airlifted to a trauma hospital, Mary and the two kids were taken by ambulance. Luckily both kids don’t have any severe injuries. This family is going through a lot of emotions right now trying to process such a horrific event. Unfortunately, Mary and Eric both have broken backs and are forced to be in braces for quite some time. This accident has changed their lives, including no driving, not being able to go to work and needing help daily to take care of housework, the kids, and all other daily things we do! Both will have a long road to recovery and a serious financial burden. As you know the hockey family is strong and I really hope we can help support them emotionally, physically, and financially.

Coaching hockey is Eric's passion and he was devastated to learn he can't be on the ice for a LONG time. His team has rallied around him and his family to make sure they know the support they have! While Eric can't be on the ice, coaching his son's team, Eric will be cheering from the stands to make sure every kid on that team knows he loves them and supports them. Eric, Mary, Harper and Brayden are an amazing family and they are blessed to have so many people in their lives who want to support them. Let's help take some stress off their shoulders!
