Please Help Save Our Community!

We are the Foothill Water Coalition. We are a local group of small farmers and ranchers trying to save our community. The local North Yuba Water District has refused to repair and maintain our infrastructure and has used the lack of repair to refuse to provide water to our community for the majority of the last five years. North Yuba Water District wants to sell the water that is rightfully ours to SoCal or the Bay Area, rather than provide it to us taxpayers.

Our community is dying - small organic ranchers and farmers are now selling up and leaving....our community is at very extreme risk of fire as there are no green belts and no water in ponds and ditches to fight fire with. After years of appealing to the Board and the General Manager who have turned their backs on this small community, we have had no choice but to take this fight to court.
