Aid for Alex

Imagine, a parents worst nightmare; your child has bizarre symptoms, and unexplained severe pain for weeks , but the doctors have no answers, except to refer you to pain management. This was the nightmare of Korinne,  Alex French's mom, but their nightmare didn't end there.
On December19, 17 year old Alex was finally admitted when his terrified mother rushed him to the hospital after her son had become delirious and combative with excruciating pain. He was put on a ventilator, and an MRI revealed a hematoma on his brain, and an absess on his spinal cord.  Alex required emergency brain surgery, and IV medications for the abscess. Thankfully Alex was able to be taken off the ventilator, but because of the residual effects to his brain, he needs rehabilation for speech, gross and fine motor skills, and is being kept in the hospital. Alex has a long way to go and Korinne has not left his side. Please help support this family while Korinne takes a leave of absence from her job as an LPN to help her son as he recovers, and works to regain lost function.
