Medical and Monthly Bills

I'm Dori and the cutie patootie in my picture is my two year old son. I have multiple sclerosis and between medical bills, daycare, and other monthly financials we are having trouble keeping up. If we can get ahead by a month or so, then we can build on that and keep ahead. Anything would help us and I am unbelievably grateful for everyone on here.
