Baby Ricky

This is my nephew, my brother's only child. He is 2 1/2 years old. His mother decided to leave town with him. She has been in another state for over 3 months, she has changed her phone number and has never given my brother an address so that he can see his son. She said she was getting psychological help and would be returning home, now she has said that she is not coming back.Our family is trying to get legal help, but apparently, fathers have less rights than mothers. Children and Family Services say they can't help, legal aid won't return his phone call, and he needs to retain a lawyer. They require a $7,500.00 retainer fee just to start the process of bringing his son home. None of us have the money to hire an attorney, my brother is afraid he may never see his son again.
My brother is a hard working, responsible man and a wonderful father. He has been extremely patient with his son's mother while she was 'trying to get some help' with her emotional issues from her life prior to meeting my brother. After more than 3 months without seeing his son, the mother has withdrawn all contact between my brother and his son.
Please help bring my nephew home to his father where he belongs.
