Hope for Forrest

Hi everyone, my name is Amanda, and I’m looking to help my friend Courtney who has been trying to navigate through a difficult time with her dog, Forrest. About a week and a half ago Courtney noticed Forrest was extremely lethargic after a few times of getting sick. After dealing with the sudden loss of one of her other dogs, Timber, a few months back, she immediately got on the phone to bring Forrest into her vet’s office to be seen. After numerous x-rays and bloodwork, they noticed a blockage in Forrest’s intestines and his stomach. He was brought into emergency surgery where they were able to fix the issue, but they advised there’s a very long road to recovery ahead. After the loss of Timber, I cannot imagine the emotions Courtney is truly feeling. She’s had to spend time away from work which plays a role in her being able to balance all of this. If you find it in your heart to help, anything is greatly appreciated. As her friend, I’m looking for ways to make this easier on her. Thank you all
