Brian Hogan Kidney Transplant Fundraiser

We are continuing to raise funds for our son, Brian Hogan, a life-time firefighter. Brian has spent his lifetime saving people, going into burning buildings when everyone is running away. At the age of 16, he started his firefighting career with the Clarksville, VA Volunteer Fire Department and in May, 2023 when he was working for the South Boston, VA Fire Department, he was diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Failure along with Sarcoidosis and Double Pneumonia. His hemoglobin was in he 6 point range. He was transported to Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC and immediately placed in CCU. He was put on dialysis on which he remains today. He has four hours of dialysis three days a week in Oxford, NC in order to stay alive.

Their travel expenses continue to mount as does the day to day costs.

Brian is not only our son, he is also our hero. ANY amount you can donate, LARGE OR SMALL, will help them so much with travels to health care and dialysis plus monthly bill.

We have to thank all the amazing doctors at Duke Hospital in Durham. They will be performing Brian's transplant when he gets a donor match.
