Support Karen’s Fight Against Breast Cancer

I am creating this fundraiser in honor of my Mother in Love, Karen Blanchard. She is currently battling her third diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer over the past 9 years. During the first two diagnosis’ she received lumpectomy procedures and many rounds of radiation. In January of this year she received the news that the cancer had returned. Since her current diagnosis, she has undergone a double mastectomy and is in the reconstruction process. She is currently unable to work. Karen has been a big part of the community, teaching, coaching volleyball at SWRHS and AHS many years and managing the pool at Pinewood Country Club over the last 18 years. This account is to help alleviate some of the burden of doctors bills and the cost of traveling to hospitals and doctors appointments that are two hours away.
