Flood Relief For Sierra Leone

Sierra Leone has yet again been ravaged by a devastating natural disaster. Heavy floods in Freetown and surrounding areas violently swept through the city, leaving disaster and carnage in its wake. Amongst the survivors are pregnant women, mothers, and small children. They are without food, shelter, or clothing. There are still more heavy rains forecasted. They need help! They need help NOW! Please donate. Donate anything. As little as $5 .They need the very basic necessities to survive NOW! -food, water, clothing, blankets, pillows, towels, Band-Aids, bandages, antibacterial wipes, medication, dignity kits. Your donation will be used to purchase these items. More importantly, please share this campaign and appeal to your friends and family to help donate .

I'm an attorney and Sierra Leonean / American living  in the United States. I returned to Sierra Leone in march and visited parts of the city that have been affected.  A friend and co sponsor of this campaign, Nadia Kamara,  is in Sierra Leone collaborating and coordinating the proper use of these funds . We intend and will, effectively and efficiently,  purchase and distribute supplies ,such as hygiene products, food and water to the women , children and other victims .

Nadia Kamara is a close friend and resident of Sierra Leone. The funds will be directly withdrawn into my US account and transferred by money gram to Nadia, in Sierra Leone . She'll disburse funds immediately to persons she has delegated to go out and buy the supplies- hygiene kits, towels, blankets, and food . We will present a summary and receipts of donations purchased .
