Monthly bills

Hi my name is Rene Pennock. I having a lot of health issues. Since I had surgery. I have a lot complications. I have been in out of the hospital. I am on antibiotics due to infections. .I lost my job due to my illness. I am so far behind on my bills. Please help me out. I'm afraid that I might loss my car. And get evicted. I don't want that.
