Help Save Orphan Lambs!

Hi!
My name is Alex & I’m the owner & founder of 4Hooves Assisted Learning based in Wildwood, Vic. We offer Animal Assisted Learning sessions to a range of different clientele, focusing primarily on children who have been diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental disability.
At our facility, my mum & I have always been committed to providing life-changing experiences through animal-assisted programs. Recently, we’ve expanded our mission to include lambs & sheep, all whom we have rescued from an uncertain future. This new endeavour has brought joy and growth to our program, often putting the biggest smiles on our client’s faces. But it has also come with unforeseen challenges.
Since July, we’ve taken in numerous cases, including two ewes and their lambs (one mother covered in three years' worth of matted wool) and seven lambs suffering from severe, life-threatening health issues. Despite round-the-clock care and expert guidance from Lamb Care Australia, these little ones alone have required 10 vet visits, with one sadly needing to be euthanised. This has brought our current vet bill total to $2,396.96. And the costs don’t stop there—there is also a need to purchase bedding, vaccination supplies, feed, quarantine materials (such as gloves and sanitizers), and various other medical necessities to give these lambs the best chance at the life they deserve.
As lamb season approaches again in April, we are bracing for more rescues and the continuing costs of care.
We are committed to these innocent lives and refuse to turn our backs on them but we need your help.
Every dollar you contribute goes directly to helping us care for these lambs and sheep—covering vet bills, medical supplies, and ongoing care.
If any additional funds are raised after meeting our goal to settle our vet bill, we will be putting it towards purchasing medical items such as needles, syringes, medicine & a quarantine pen for our incoming lambs.
Together, we can give these lambs a chance at life. Thank you for your generosity and for being a part of our mission to make a difference.
**Every $1 counts to help save a life.**
Thank you for supporting 4Hooves Assisted Learning and the lives we care for.
