WFAQ Annual Music Licensing Fees

While we are Your community radio station, WFAQ-LP FM is also The Nation's Music Source! But to be able to bring it to you commercial-free and uninterrupted, we need to pay the music licensing fees (ASCAP, BMI and SESAC) that eventually make their way back to the Artists.
The invoices for the annual fees start arriving January 1st, and are due on receipt. Once again we are asking You our faithful listeners to help out. Last year we were able to offset those costs because of YOU! THANK YOU!!
It's not a lot of money, and it really helps us do the fun things we did this year: Covering Village of Mukwonago and Waterford governmental activities as the Press, promoting Mukwonago High School events, Mentoring Mukwonago HS Interns,  participating in the Mukwonago Father's Day Parade,  the many musicians performing live at the WFAQ studios, and broadcasting remotely from the Maxwell St Days  Flea Market, the Goodwill store in Pewaukee, WI, and the many events in East Troy, WI.
