Help SuperJax With His Surgery

I created this page for Jax.  Every time I see Jax, I see a child with the strength and joy like no other.  His eyes and smile can light up anyone around him.  Jax has a brain injury and cerebral palsy and has been under continuous medical supervision since the day he was born.  The family is now getting turned down for Medicaid because they claim he is not disabled enough.  Apparently being non-mobile, going to therapy 5 days a week, daily medication, two doctors appointments a month and countless corrective surgeries seems to disqualify him from deserving the care and treatment he deserves. The family has endless bills on a monthly basis and a$15,000 surgery coming up.  I see the frustration the family faces and I wanted to do something to help them.  The family has such an amazing, positive will and desire to make Jax the happiest child you would ever meet.  The funds will be used to pay for Jax's upcoming surgery.  Your support in helping Jax will be greatly appreciated.  Anything above and beyond our goal will be used for corrective surgeries and medical bills.  Please help Jax and his family.  Thank you!
