Amber Joy Vinson Fund
Donation protected
This is the official GoFundMe site to support Amber Joy Vinson and her family. This site was established with the permission of Amber's family.
I am Terri Clark, a long time friend of the family, we are happy to sponsor this site. Donations will be given to Amber and her mother.
Amber is a nurse, daughter, devoted friend and beloved family member. She is the second nurse to contract the Ebola virus after providing nursing care to Thomas Eric Duncan at Dallas Presbyterian Hospital in Texas. This page is the only authorized site and will support Amber and her family during this difficult time.
Amber is a skilled nurse that serves patients with quiet confidence, kindness and compassion. The opportunity to serve others is the strong motivating force that fuels Amber’s career in nursing. She has always gone to great lengths to provide care for others both sick and in good health.
Amber’s faith in God is a consistent source of strength at this time. Her family and friends stand in faith with her for complete healing and full recovery. “My loved one, it is my prayer that you may do well in all things, and be healthy in body, even as your soul does well.” 3 John 1:2
Your generosity will help with Amber and her family’s expenses during this time. She will need to replace her belongings that were destroyed to avoid potential contamination and to defray expenses incurred by family members related to her care and hospitalization at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
We believe and are praying for a full recovery for Amber. We also believe and are praying for healing for others fighting this virus and caregivers in the U.S. and other parts of the world. We ask you to join us in prayer and donate what you can to support her on her road to recovery. Please check this page for updates and share this link with others who may want to help with a donation.
We appreciate your generosity and prayers!
Much love and prayers from Ohio and Pennsylvania!
