Help My Son Tafari Save His Vision

Donation protected

Tafari Roach is my youngest big 20 year old teddy bear son and he has been diagnosed with Kerataconus that is a condition in which the clear tissue on the front of the eye (cornea) bulges outward.

The cause of kerataconus is unknown. It’s very rare, there are fewer than 200,000 US cases per year. Symptoms first appear during puberty or the late teens and include blurred vision and sensitivity to light and glare.

Vision  can be corrected with glasses or contact lenses early on. Advanced cases may require a cornea transplant.

That is where he falls now, having a cornea transplant. He has been fighting each stage unsuccessfully and now he must go under this expensive knife.

My family and I ask that you help in any way you can. This is not something I thought I would ever have to do as I have worked hard to provide for my 5 boys now I must swallow my pride for help to save my big babies eyesight.
