RUN, RUN, RUN!
Last year was a leg of the marathon - this year, the full thing!
I am running this year's Belfast City Marathon on 30th April 2023 to try to raise awareness of the seriousness of allergies and the dangers of anaphylaxis.
As many of you know, my 8 year old son, Rowan was diagnosed with a 'nut allergy' a number of years ago which requires him to carry a 'jext pen' at all times to treat a potentially catastrophic allergic reaction.
I know many of you generously donated last year so please feel no obligation to donate again. I am keen to raise as much awareness as possible about how to administer an epipen or 'jext pen' which could, some day, help you to save someone's life. I have attached a 2 minute instruction video and would really appreciate it if you could spare some time to watch the video.
Thank you all so much for your support!
