Hi everyone so here is we were heard on September 2 at 11 am we survived a 211 page dismisal from the state, Mr Mason did an incredible job keeping our case viable, justice Young said " their are serious violation of the costitution rights" he did not rule on sept 2, because he gave the state til Oct 5 @3pm to present their sermation as well as us. he is going to make his ruling permanent on Oct 5 we feel our case is well structured and we should be victorious!!! If he rules in our favor (we believe he will) Charlie baker will hVe to comply. great news for Massachusetts The AGs office is suring up their case, we expected a ruling sept 2, but we are extended and are suring up our case, we are keeping staff on for another month , and continue to pay them , this is the last round of fundraising for this suit Monday October 5 is all the beans we will be tweaking our complaint, we need just a little more to push us over the top
