Homeless with our infant son

Donation protected
My name is April, I'm 30 years old. I have a fiance, Eric, 38, and our 10 month old baby boy, Lochlan. I am looking for help because stated simply, I'm struggling to find anywhere to turn in our situation, and it is a desperate one. We are a newly homeless family, and it is killing me to not be able to provide for my son the way I dreamed we would. I met Eric 3 months after surviving a traumatic brain injury from a domestic violence incident in March, 2013. I was severely depressed and recovering from surgery, and lost my job, my apartment where Eric and I were living, and it seems like we've never gotten back on our feet. We had already been living in a motel paid for by a friend when I became pregnant with Lochlan in January, 2014. After that we had an apartment for about 6 months with a roommate, before personalities clashed, and the roommate ditched out of the lease and Eric and I could not afford the rent ourselves. I worked, Eric worked, and I got bigger with our growing little boy. We ended up renting 2 different studio apartments from a slum lord in Nashua, NH, between August and January 2014. Lochlan was born late September 2014, and this little boy is our entire world, we were driven to succeed and create a beautiful space, in what little space we had, for this miracle we'd been given. But with an unpaid maternity leave, and Eric being cut down to part time, we soon began to fall behind. And when Lochlan was almost 4 months old, we got evicted for back rent. We tried living with Eric's family, but it was a poisonous environment and they are very callous, selfish people. A few days ago there was an altercation involving his sister, and we were told to leave. We are trying to get emergency shelter in the state of Massachusetts, but it seems there are all kinds of referrals, proofs, and phone calls before you can even be considered for shelter. We are in a desperate state, my little boy has no place to call home, and that is killing me. Eric and I had been working at a small Cafe in downtown Haverhill, but as of Friday July 24, we were told they can no longer afford to pay us, as business is slow and they are also struggling to pay rent for the restaurant. Eric is planning to go back to his old job, but I am not sure where we will end up so it makes it tough for me to look for work at this time. This $2,000.00 fund I am hoping to raise will go toward putting first and security down on an apartment, and if any remains, it will go toward diapers, wipes, and clothing for the baby, as he is growing fast. Any help is appreciated, God bless.
