Our hearts are completely broken. His story wasn’t over for us. His unselfish giving heart was the biggest part of him and ultimately the thing that left us without him! There was never a time that someone was in need of something that he wasn’t right there to help. There are truly no words good enough for me to describe him. He didn’t hold a title as CEO or President of a big company, nor a Phd. His titles in life were FAR greater than any of these. He was Travis, a son, a brother, a husband, a father, Daddy, Uncle Travis, Bubba Travis, a caregiver and friend to far more than we will ever know!! He was a salt of the earth, humble, hardworking man of little means needs or wants. He loved babies, to hunt, to fish, cooking for others and to share a good story. So content in the simple life he lived.
In true Travis style he left us without a good-bye!! So now there are things to be done that no one planned on nor dreamed we would be faced with at this point . Obviously, God needed him more than He thought we did.
If you are able and want to help with final expenses please use this as a way to memorialize him. This will take this unplanned burden from TJ so he can focus on other things! Travis always helped with the family cemetery and TJ wants any remaining funds to go to help with up keep. There is also an account set up at Farmers Bank, if you choose you may donate that way. Message me privately for those details. If you are unable to give a monetary donation, TJ would like for you to go visit a shut in person or do something for someone who has no one. This is what his Daddy would do.
There will be a huge void for our entire family, so many of us depended on him in so many different ways. Your love and prayers during the unexpected loss are so appreciated.
