Alexander House Fire

Early Thursday morning on February 4th a fire started in a small trailer living complex and engulfed a small trailer in flames. The homes being in such close proximity to each other caused Matthew Alexanders home to catch fire as well. Sadly, the Alexander home was completely engulfed in the flames and very few items were salvageable. Family photos, personal items, furniture and appliances were lost. This was a family home where everyone could meet up, do there laundry, enjoy home cooked meals and there was always an extra plate for friends and neighbors. I've gotten the pleasure of knowing Matthew Alexander and his family over the years of being roommates with Shelly and he's a hardworking man that takes care of his family. There's never been a time where he didn't help us out in times of need and I feel he now deserves some of the same generosity he's shared with us all over the years. This Gofund me campaign will raise money to help the Alexanders replace the items they have lost and will also help them get settled into temporary housing as they figure out the next steps to finding a new home.
