Hello everyone, We have been saving babies, pregnant mini horses and jennys for 12 years now. We are based in MA yet help all kinds of animals everywhere. We specialize in pregnant and orphaned baby donkeys that are in danger. We are expanding and adding equine foals and pregnant horses now as we grow. Our intention is to help unwanted babies and pregnant mommas get to their forever homes. We have been rescuing for 12 years and because of a neighbor have been in appeals fighting to stay here without resolve with no founded complaints. We have done what was asked of us from the town for months and what we feel is a very simple case. We have helped our town/community with their animal's needs so they did not have to give them up if needed. We have always supported our ACO and tons animals. All is needed is for them to is to have Rescue in their bi-laws. The town could have the ACO regulate the number of animals that are allowed by the size of their property. Rescues have to follow the state regulations which is a book. We follow the state's rules as a farm rescue. That said we need your help!!! We need to raise the funds for our Lawyer fees to take this to the courts. The town appeals board would not let us meet to resolve this with the Town Counsel so we have no other choice. We were given 1 1/3 acre that abuts the land by First Citizens Federal Credit Union. Our Vocational school was all ready to come and build enclosures and handicap walkways. We also invite Latham centers and other organizations in town or special needs groups to come. We have 187,000 followers who support this journey.
