Fighting for Gio!!

I am making this gofundme for my son Gio. The reason I'm making this is because I've used all of the resources I possibly could within my means and have come out a year later worse off.

Gio is 3 years old and is autistic. All of his services (speech therapy, occupational therapy 2x, headstart) were dropped due to his father refusing to bring him on his scheduled days. 

In following the custody agreement, I have had no choice but to watch my son's services drop one after the other while my son suffers. Hoping that things would change with the upcoming court date....that's the hope I carried for months. Since July 2022 actually. 

I've been in court 2-3x a month for either custody or no contact orders. Several trips to the police station or calls to the police to report no contact violations. No enforcement. While this has effected my life as well work wise (he's caused me to lose my remote job due to random "visits" to my home screaming and banging) and in other ways, it's taking a toll on the stability I've worked hard to provide for my son. 

Whatever funds provided will go towards legal fees for a lawyer to represent my son's best interest. Lawyer fees typically start at $3K-4 with an hourly rate ranging from $295-400. Any additional funds will be used to better assist my son with his autism journey.
