CANstruction- in support of the Daily Food Bank!

What is CANstruction? It’s a charitable event where creative designers and engineers compete with each other to create the most incredible structures…all made out of canned food! We then donate all of the food to the Daily Bread Bank. The CANstruction event typically donates about 70,000 lbs of food to Daily Bread and helps them get through the summer season.

What do we need from you?

We are in search of donations to buy the canned food - Our target this year is to raise $8,500 to enable us to create an amazing structure! If you aren’t able to donate, we would also appreciate it if you could help us spread the word!

Where do the donations go?

The money we receive will be used to buy various food cans depending on the complexity of our CANstructure. All the cans we purchase will be later donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank in Toronto.
