(This campaign is started by Meg Mohr on behalf of the entire
Duval Family for whom will receive your generous donations).
Sarah is a sweet, smart and active 11 year old girl who enjoys a fun filled life of family and friends. She lives in Andover with her parents, Stacy & Greg, and has two older siblings, Molly (16) and Jacob (14). Sarah is a competitor at heart and demonstrates that fierce drive in both Girls Hockey and Soccer. She and her family enjoy attending the kids sporting events, doing outdoor activities and participating in anything that includes having a good time! Everyone who knows Sarah is immediately greeted by her big smile and infectious laugh.
On May 4, 2020, Sarah was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She is at Children's Hospital in Boston and will be there for approximately a month with continued treatment thereafter. Fortunately, Stacy and Greg are able to stay with Sarah during the daytime rounds/routine and one parent is permitted to stay over each night. They have a tremendous team of Doctors & Nurses supporting, educating and guiding them through this challenging time. There is a long road ahead, but Sarah is a strong, feisty and positive little girl who has the GRIT to beat this....Sarah Strong!
Many have asked how to help the Duval family as they navigate through this medical journey. Leveraging the funds provided via this platform will help them manage life's unexpected financial strain and various needs that develop over the course of Sarah's treatment and recovery.
Sarah is a ready for the fight! She will take a defensive stance against Leukemia as she does so well on the ice and field. Let's all be apart of her team and beat this with her.
Any donation is truly appreciated!
With sincere thanks on behalf of the Duval Family
