Top Surgery!

Hello thank you for taking the time to click on my gofundme! My name is Ashton, and I am ftm transgender. I have felt a discomfort in my given body my entire life which has caused me years of gender dysphoria. I have binding for years which causes me a great amount of pain. I wish I had the funds to pay for my surgery myself but sadly I am only 18 currently studying full time in college as well as working a minimum wage job. It isn’t easy to save the little money I make from my job considering most of it goes to my living expenses. My surgeon is Dr. Whitehead, in Miami. I tried going through insurance although sadly they would not approve my top surgery, even though I had all of the medical documents required. I now plan to pay for everything out of pocket as well as travel costs and post op care myself. My total cost for top surgery is $6000. I understand that everyone has their own bills and medical expenses but I will appreciate every single donation that I may get, and if you can’t donate thank you for taking the time to read this anyways! I have been transitioning socially and medically for a long time now and my top surgery will truly be life changing for me as it is something I need to feel complete and happy in my own skin.
