Peter Costello’s girls were his world, and he was theirs.

A single dad, Peter was always on the sidelines of their soccer, basketball, softball and lacrosse games at Bishop Ludden Junior/Senior High School or volunteering at St. Margaret's School fundraisers, holiday parties and open houses.


On Sunday night, January 3rd, 2021, Peter died suddenly due to complications of COVID-19.  He had been out of work for six months with extensive health issues, including treatment for hemophilia, diabetes and lymphoma.


Now his girls, Katie (Bishop Ludden class of 2019) and Sarah Rose (Bishop Ludden class of 2015) are left without their biggest fan, a pile of medical bills, funeral expenses, as well as their living expenses and college tuition for Katie, who attends Marywood University.


Peter was loyal and caring and would be the first person in line to help his family and friends, and now his family needs help.
