This is Jasmines story which feels like a horrible dream.
It may be graphic or hard to bare but this is what my little sister has had to face head on. so sorry if its too much .
This photo was taken before Jasmine was diognosed with a very aggressive brain tumour .
It was her daughters Ellies christening day her buitiful only child. Jasmine is a beautiful 35 yr old mum , wife , sister , auntie, daughter and friend .
This is the start of the night mare ......
One day jasmine woke up in the middle of the night having a sezuire, months of waiting went by before she found out the cause of the seziure was a brain tumour. Jasmine underwent surgery to remove the tumour then had targeted radiation and also kemo treatment .
She then was trying to recover .
She would walk daughter Ellie to daycare as she couldn't drive anymore then go to work on the bus to the city.
Then one day she felt strange it was another seizure .
We just thought it was from swelling on the brain . Jasmine asked me "am I going to be alright?" I reassured her she was going to be OK. But the agressive cancer had returned in just under 2 mths from finishing radiation treatment, Jasmine was not given long to live .
I Justine her loving big sister has set this page up at Jasmines request .Jasmine is rapidly losing her cognative ability and cant read or write any more , her speach is deteriating, all she wants is for her husband and daughter to be looked after when she has gone . So Jasmine doesnt want everyone buy her flowers when she dies but just to donate money to her little girl Ellie.
Even if you can only donate a $1 that would make a difference.
This photo was taken a few days after the operation to remove the tumour from her brain she is so beautiful , brave and strong .
No one word can discribe this women there are too many to mention.
She doesnt need sympathy or everyone to come and visit her. She wants support for Ellie and that is all.
So lets suport Jasmines only wish .
