Support for a Loving Family in Difficult Times

Hi everyone, my name is Cindy Perez. This is a really hard story for me to share, but my family is currently getting ready for raise funds for medical and funerals expenses for my beloved mother.

September 13 2024 was one of the most devastating day of my life. My 66 year old mother Maria Del Rosario Parra was diagnosed advanced liver cancer. Now the cancer is spreading to her lungs. Currently she is fighting for her life.

One of the most important lessons my mother taught me is the power of a smile. She believes that a smile can brighten someone’s day and lift their spirits, even in the darkest of times. She encourages me to smile often, even when I don’t feel like it, and to spread positivity and kindness wherever I go.

My mother also taught me to focus on the good in every situation. She believes that there’s always a silver lining, no matter how challenging a situation may be. By looking for the positive, we can maintain a sense of hope and optimism, even in difficult times.

Another lesson my mother taught me is the importance of staying calm and composed, even when things feel overwhelming. She encourages me to take deep breaths, count to ten, and stay centered in the face of stress or chaos. By remaining calm and collected, we’re better able to handle whatever life throws our way.

My mother also believes in the power of laughter. She encourages me to find joy and humor in even the most difficult situations, and to never take myself too seriously. By laughing and finding moments of levity, we can keep our spirits high and maintain a positive outlook.

Finally, my mother taught me to be resilient. She understands that life is full of ups and downs, but she encourages me to bounce back and keep moving forward, no matter what challenges come my way. By staying positive and smiling through it all, we can overcome adversity and achieve our goals.

Thanks to my mother’s guidance, I’ve learned that keeping a smile on your face, no matter what throws at you, can be a powerful tool for staying positive and resilient. Her lessons have helped me stay centered, hopeful, and joyful, even in the toughest of times.

My mother was a single parent raising 3 kids. 2 boys 1 girl. My youngest siblings is 35. Im unemployed because I had to take care of my brother which I’m trying to get custody of him. His condition intellectual disability. She has 2 grandchildren and 5 adopted grandchildren. This is why I want to raised funds because she deserves the best.
