Repatriation to Zimbabwe Emmerson Jack MBEWE

Our dear Jack left us too soon, and the family is struggling to come to terms with this devastating loss. Jack was born in Bulawayo Zimbabwe on 15 November 1979. Jack was the second born in a family of three, two girls and one boy. Both parents are deceased as well as the elder sister. Jack leaves behind two girls, one is in Zimbabwe aged 18 doing Form 6 and the younger one is in Australia aged 15 years old both school-aged. In addition to the emotional toll, the family is facing significant financial challenges in covering the cost of the funeral and other end-of-life expenses. As Zimbabwe Association in Western Australia Chairperson, I am working with the family trying to raise some funds for repatriation. Here in Australia Purslowe and Chipper Funerals are looking after the body and the total charges including repatriation to Zimbabwe are $8,583.30 inc GST. The funds will be transferred under Salome Mbenjele working alongside Brian Mutaramutsa who is appointed next of kin. Your generosity and kindness during this difficult time is greatly appreciated. It's a sad situation as the two girls require support to continue with their education. Jack's wish was for her daughter 18-year-old daughter in Zimbabwe to come to Australia to do her university studies here. Jack has not been well for some time and has been unemployed for approximately 5 years. He has been in and out of hospital for some time now. Jack sadly passed away on Monday 17th July 2023.
