Hi, my name is Tiana Flex and I'm 32. I am from South Africa.
I am an amateur ladies physique competitor. After winning the 2015 South African Championships and taking the overall title in ladies physique, I have been selected to compete at the 2016 Arnold Classic hosted in Sandton Convention centre on the 27th to 29th May. It is my dream to compete at the highest level and working hard at winning my class so I can become a pro athlete.

The money will be used to help finance my preparation towards the Arnold Classic South Africa 2016 which includes all my supplementation, food, training gear and competition gear( bikini, tracksuit,hair,makeup and tan).
The funds would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible as my show is only 9 weeks away.
As I've been in the fitness industry for 5 years. it's been my dream and goal to become a pro athlete on an international level and working harder than ever to accomplish my Dream.
