Help a Vietnam Veteran be laid to rest properly.

My father-in-law just passed away. He is a Vietnam Veteran that served his country at a difficult time. He enlisted (not drafted) immediately knowing he needed to serve his country. He was 1st, 2nd and 3rd marine divisions with the 7th regimen. And was 3rd marine airwing. Since exiting the marines, he married a beautiful filipina woman and had three beautiful children. He doesn't have his dress blues or his miltary metals (rifle expert badge, good conduct metal, sharp shooter rifle badge, republic of Vietnam campaign metal, Vietnam service metal and national defense service metal).
