Please help with medical and funeral expense

Hi, I’m Barb Cochran, my daughter Ari Clanton and I are fundraising for the Lyons family.

Our best friends (David and Estelle Lyons) were in a horrific collision on June 28th in Spring Hill, when a dump truck crossed over the center line and into their lane and hit them head on! They were airlifted to Vanderbilt trauma center both in critical condition. Sadly, On July 7th David passed away from his severe injuries. This family will never be the same! Estelle has undergone several surgeries so far with more to come and she is still in the trauma ICU fighting for her life. She has a long road ahead of her and needs our help. Their daughters Erin Erb and Rachel Matthews have been by their sides every day. There will final expenses for David, Medical bills, help with their household bills and their daughters could use help with gas’s and food. Please give what you can and share this page.
