Alex’s memorial fund

Charles Alexander “Alex” Gilbertson, age 40, passed away tragically on July 31st, 2020. He was born June 15th, 1980 in Columbus, OH to Melinda Eichenlaub and Gary Gilbertson. Alex was a 1998 graduate of Bloom Carroll High School where he then enlisted into the United State Marines. He served 3 tours in the Middle East as an Infantry mortarman and was known as a proud Marine. Alex was passionate about art leading to his attendance at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida expressing his artistic abilities from playing the guitar to drawing action comics.
