DEVASTATION

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

On behalf of our son, daughter-in-law, four kids (and three dogs), we are reaching out to you during an incredibly challenging time in all of our lives. Late Friday March 15, 2024, their beloved home was engulfed in a devastating fire, resulting in the loss of everything they owned. This unexpected tragedy has left them reeling, but they are determined to rebuild and move forward with hope and resilience.

Richard, Cheryle, Jackson, Holly, Chelsea and Camden, lost everything. Not just material possessions but also cherished memories and a sense of security. The fire has turned their lives upside down, and they are now faced with the daunting task of rebuilding from scratch.

While we are so grateful that all are safe and unharmed (including their dogs), the road ahead is filled with uncertainties. Insurance coverage will help, but it may or may not fully cover the costs of rebuilding their home. In particular, we all know how slowly the wheels turn when it comes to large entities/companies. The immediate needs for a family of this size, starting with literally bare feet in the case of the children, is A LOT.

This is why we are humbly asking for your support. Your generous contributions will make a significant difference in helping them get back on their feet and help them worry about what they need, not how to pay for it. The funds will be used for:

Replacing essential household items.

Covering temporary living expenses.

Providing for the needs of their family, including clothing, food, and other essentials.

Addressing any unforeseen expenses related to the recovery process.
