Help Monica & Sam Rebuild...

How to put into words the type of people that Monica and Sam are...selfless, loyal, loving, caring. When you look up the definition of friends it should say Monica and Sam. They are always there when you need them and now they need us...This morning 9/9/17 Monica and Sam lost their home in the Santa Rosa fire. And not only their home but everything in it. The vineyard behind them went up in flames and soon after so did their entire neighborhood. The only good we can see in this is that the two of them, their pups and soon to be baby girl, Lourdes are all ok. In 2016 Monica and Sam opened “Caring Homecare” a compassionate homecare business working with seniors in Sonoma County. Every day they selflessly help those in need who can no longer care for themselves. They travel from home to home making sure these people feel loved and appreciated and helping them with their everyday needs. Even this morning after they received the news they had lost their home their main concern was their clients and making sure they were all evacuated. Their business was based out of their home and now it’s gone. About a month ago they bought their first home in Santa Rosa. On top of running a business, and getting ready to start a family they were also pouring their heart and souls into renovations for there new home. The pride they took in owning their first home together was amazing to see. The feeling of putting together a nursery for your soon to be baby girl, and seeing your world take shape can be the best feeling out there. And now it’s gone. If you feel it in your heart to donate to help this beautiful family get back on their feet please do so any little bit will help them in their next journey. When massive fires like this happen it can takes months to years for insurance companies to settle a claim. Friendship requires give and take Monica and Sam are always a giving and now it’s our turn to give back.
