Hello, my name is Padge Victoria Windslowe. I am also known as the recording artist, The Black Madam, who's been imprisoned for the accidental death of a Euro Model/Dancer due to my practice of Illegal Black Market Silicone Buttock Injections to many Entertainment Stars & Reality Television Celebrities such as two of Rap Star Kanye West's leading ladies~ ie {Ex-Girlfriend} Model Amber Rose & his wife Kim Kardashian West.
In my presentation of this project to you, I wish to attempt to use this International Platform that my case has brought on, in order to expose my life's experiences, mistakes, legal case & plight to the public, via the World Wide notoriety that my situation has attracted, in order to bring light and awareness to the dangers that these Black Market Cosmetic Procedures, such as Illegal Silicone Buttock Injections can cause.
Despite my imprisonment for this accidental death of a young woman by these buttock injections, & the news of it spread across the world's media & news, coupled with the many other not so publicize cases similar to that of mine in the press~ many young women of all walks of life continue to seek out & perform these deadly injections for more feminized body enhancement.
I feel that presenting my story to the world on a more personal level could possibly save many lives by the awareness & conversations brought on by my forthcoming Memoir, Reality Show & Foundation's exposure.
In addition to the many lives saved by way of this project, my second mission in my presentation to you, is to find supporters for my movement upon release from prison in order to turn this horrible situation that has happened in my life, around for the good, by utilizing the INFAMY of my current reality to show the world what the love of God & Determination could do in order to make a bad situation work for good & all that I wish to accomplish henceforth as I strive to share my story & save lives by way of my lone voice via Social Media.
For Many years now while in prison, I've found comfort & solace with the thoughts that all that has happened in my life these past few years... is God's will... As I've dubbed this whole experience, my "Joseph's Story" from the Bible verse of Genesis (50:20)... "What was meant for my bad, God has used for my good, & all that is being accomplished here now"~ as I strive with your help to spread the word, & use my story to save lives by way of Books, New Alternative Safe Body Enhancing Product Business Ventures {I've developed while in custody}, Television & Entertainment Pitches & Much More.
With this campaign, I only ask for your help in spreading the word of my mission. Any way you can help this mission is welcome, However my main goal is to beseech your help in sharing this information with friends in your Social Media Network in oder to create the movement needed to help me alert women just how dangerous Silicone Buttock injections are. For... "now that I know better, I seek to do better", & help to save lives through this cause.

Finally... I seek any support/supporters who will also help with the maintenance of all Black Madam Social Media accounts, which will provide weekly updates from me as I serves my jail sentence via The Black Madam Project's Blog Post of all things Black Madam, Followers & Fan Access to The Madam by way of maintenance of all Social Media accounts in order to provide you with a real time account of the progress of This Movement.
