Full Mouth of Dental Implants

My name is Hannah McCain. I am 17 years old, and I have an unknown form of dwarfism that, along with my final height at 4’2”, has rendered me with countless hospital visits, hearing issues, visual problems, knee injuries, but most of all, teeth problems. While most kids get braces when their teeth are not straight, my family found that that was not an option for me after countless visits with several dentists. They told us that my roots were so small and my teeth’s bones were so weak that if they tried to fix them, they would fall out faster than they would if they didn’t fix them. In other words, my teeth were- or are- inevitably going to fall out, most likely within the next few years. They have gotten so loose and so painful to eat with that I felt like I had nothing else to do other than to wait for them to fall out and suffer in the process. Thankfully, though, a group of dentists at A&M have finally agreed to take on my case and have found a solution, unlike the many other dentists that we have seen. The only option is to do a procedure that would require the dentists to take all of my teeth out, and put in a full mouth of dental implants. If you can imagine, a procedure like that- especially on TOP of all of the other medical bills my family has to pay- is extremely costly. Insurance will also not cover any portion of it because they consider it a “cosmetic surgery”.. I am so thankful that my family has worked so hard to provide for me, and I hope to return the favor and help them as much as possible for being so kind to me. I would very much appreciate it if you would be willing to give- any amount helps- to help my parents pay for this. The operation will cost tens of thousands of dollars, and I hope with your generosity that I can help alleviate some of the stress that they may be feeling. If you cannot give, I would really appreciate if you lifted my family up in prayer. We desperately need God’s hand in this, and would be eternally grateful if you would even just spare a moment to pray for us.
