Life changing breast reduction

Hello anyone whose reading, ill start off by saying this is a last resort for me, im trying to raise money to be able to afford to pay for breast reduction surgery for myself, as i live in an area that doesn't fund breast reduction on the NHS, and they regard any operation as cosmetic. I have macromastia and have done for as long as i rememeber. I am 25 years old and i wear J cup. My breasts get infected with painful rashes, cysts and boils frequently, im unable to wear anything with confidence and as i result i tend to hide away in the house with my 8 month old Son. I can't stand up or walk for more than 5 minutes at a time without feeling like my back is going to break in half and have to sit down urgently.  My breast tissue turns purple frequently and turns discoloured due to poor circulation with them being so large. I now have a skin condition which is a form of severe acne that has gotten worse over the course of 3 years due to blockages within the skin of my breasts and have been told by doctors it is due to their huge size. I have been back and forth to the doctors since 2013 in hope that they could help me have a better quality of life but they always dismiss me and tell me they don't fund it. Ive been trying to save up for years but have only managed £1000 and still need to get £5500 to get a good doctor to operate on me in the UK. I am based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. I have even contemplated moving area completely away from family and friends to an area that funds it but again, i can't even afford to do that. I feel very embaressed that its had to come to this as an option, it just would make life worth living for me after 11 years of pain, embaressment and infections, struggling to find bras or clothes that fit, and now even being able to stand and walk like a normal 26 year old.
