Bring Our Dad Home

Faustino Dueñas, husband, father, and grandfather to 5 kids who love him and miss him. July 2017 My father had an infection that got to his heart, which caused him to have open heart surgery. That went amazingly well.

******AUGUST - 2017 - Now
There has been some Rehabilitation care needed. He has been at three separate rehab facilities. The care that he has been getting at the rehabilitation facilities have caused them to go back to the hospital a few times in the last three months.

*****September 2017 Dropped twice at hospital

*****October 2017 Left Rehab facility who was not reading his medication, preparing him food that he is not allowed to eat, allowed for him to get bed sores and rashes throughout his body due to lack of hygiene and care. Went to hospital for treatment. My dad is at a different facility now.

We need to bring my dad home. The reason why he's at the rehab facility is because he needs an IV antibiotic every other day.

Broken Healthcare System
If we keep him in 24/7 care there is no co-pay for my father. If we bring him home and have the medication administered here, it is $207 copay each treatment. His treatment is every 48 hours for 8 weeks.
We need to raise over $5,000 in order to bring him home!

We know that if he doesn't come home he's going to die due to depression and lack of care.
