Help Us Rebuild Our Home!

My name is Valentyna Kravchuk and I am the mother of two girls aged 11 and 14, who are now forced to live abroad because of war in Ukraine. We are going through a very difficult time with my kids and my parents. Our home, where we all lived together, was completely destroyed during the occupation of the Bucha district, Kyiv region at the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

My parents, who are retired, spent their entire lives working to build this house, pouring their hearts and souls into it. It was a place where we celebrated holidays, shared joy, and supported each other through difficult times. Although the government compensated part of the cost of the house under the e-recovery program, and as a result of which they could managed to buy only a two-room apartment. But my parents, who have spent their entire lives working the land, find it incredibly painfully aware that all the property and titanic work of their lives is completely destroyed! Their hearts and souls remain in our old home, and it breaks my heart to see them in this condition. So I decided to rebuild our house!

We have already rebuilt the foundation of the house on our own, but the cost of building materials and labor is extremely high.

I’m working hard and doing everything I can to support my family, but my salary does not cover all the expenses for rebuilding. We are in great need of your help and support.
