I just need a little help

I have always been on top of everything. Good job good friends and family. Over the past years my health was declining. Not having the stamina to work full time and then not even part time. Trying to find out what was going on took a while with the doctor usually a process of elimination approach. Finally after barley being able to walk and my feet turning black, blue and purple and ulsuers forming it was determined I had no blood flow to the bottom half of my body. Also determined my lower arteries had missing sections. So last week I had a iliac bipass to add sections with mech and tubing. It will take months to recover so I'm stuck with no job and no way to work. Just asking for a little help to get thru this please
