In loving memory of Oscar Blanco

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Cherilee and I'm fundraising for my recently widowed sister, Alana Blanco.

Tragically, on the evening of Sunday the 11th of February, 2024, Oscar was involved in a severe accident on his motorbike in Sunnybank and was critically injured. Due to the extensive trauma sustained, sadly his life support was turned off at 3:25 pm on Tuesday the 13th of February, 2024.

Oscar was a hard-working (tiler), fun-loving, larger than life, amazing character. He leaves behind a beloved wife of 18 years, and 8 children aged from 17 years to 8 month old twins, who are currently all in shock and are at various stages of grieving. We are seeking to help Alana to ensure basic day-to-day expenses for herself and the kids are met until she gets back on her feet. Oscar had been the sole bread winner for the family so the coming weeks and months are going to be extremely challenging financially.

Any support from friends, family, and the surrounding community, is greatly appreciated! We are sincerely thankful and appreciate any donations during this devastating time. Gone too soon, Oscar (Pito)!
