Help Four Orphaned Children

This is my step-sister. Her name is Sarah. She had a mother... Her name is Paula Modelle. She is a kind and generous woman, and an even kinder and more generous mother. She has lived her life for her three children. Her entire life. More than a decade ago, her oldest child, a daughter, stayed home and let her husband bring the kids to school so she could rest, since she felt a little sick. When her husband arrived home, she was dead of a brain aneurysm. My step-mother has never really recovered from that experience. Now, very recently, one of her children, Sarah, was killed by her husband in a domestic altercation as she was trying to leave a bad situation. They had four children together, all under 11yrs old. With Sarah gone, and their father in jail for what will probably be the rest of their formative years, they are, effectively, orphans. They know they’ve lost their mother, but not that their father beat her to death. They are destroyed. My step-mother has been reduced to a pile of ashes.My step-mother, Paula, has of course taken them into her home, being the logical next of kin. CPS did a home visit today, and she needs to effect repairs and renovations to her home in the next 60 days to their satisfaction if she wants them to stay with her. Additionally, everything the children own is tied up with the ongoing investigation, so she needs to buy things like pillows and clothes for four children. Not to mention food. The costs add up, and loom over her head like another dark cloud.Times are tough, and most don’t have a lot to give, but even a dollar adds up to lift some of the burden, or half a dollar, or a dime. Every cent will go toward helping with repairs and renovation expenses, or to direct care costs for these children. Not a penny will be wasted.Please, if you can, help.
